Music and DanceMusic and DanceSunday Series 2024DescriptionSunday Series is a new programme of music and dance workshops for over 60s. Taking place at the Laban Building in Deptford, the workshops are open to all levels of ability and no previous experience of singing or dance is required. Each Sunday will comprise of two, hour long workshops between 10am-1pm with the first being music focussed and the second dance. Each workshop is at the subsidised fee of £5 which includes unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits. Carers come free to any workshop. The workshop leaders will vary each Sunday and will cover song writing, musical theatre, and a range of dance forms. You can choose to attend one or both workshops. The workshops will take place on the following dates: 14 January Future dates will be available to book closer to the time.
Over 60s Summer IntensiveDescriptionChoose from a range of workshops led by professional music and dance artists in street dance, opera, musical theatre, contemporary dance and more. Taking place at the Laban Building in Deptford, the workshops are open to all levels of ability and no previous experience of singing or dance is required. Each workshop is at the subsidised fee of £7.50, or you can book all three days for £35.00! Carers come free to any workshop.
