Sunday Series is a new programme of music and dance workshops for over 60s.

Taking place at the Laban Building in Deptford, the workshops are open to all levels of ability and no previous experience of singing or dance is required. Each Sunday will comprise of two, hour long workshops between 10am-1pm with the first being music focussed and the second dance.

Each workshop is at the subsidised fee of £5 which includes unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits. Carers come free to any workshop. Workshops on Sunday 6 October will be FREE to all as part of Age Uk’s Silver Sunday

The workshop leaders will vary each Sunday and will cover song writing, musical theatre, and a range of dance forms. You can choose to attend one or both workshops.

The workshops will take place on:

Sunday 8 September: 10.00 – 13.00h 

Sunday 6 October: 10.00 – 13.00h 

Sunday 3 November: 10.00 – 13.00h 

Sunday 1 December: 10.00 – 13.00h
