The class will explore different dance styles including hip hop, jazz and contemporary flow. Dancing for HealthDescriptionDancing for Health is a weekly dance class for people who are recovering from or living with an acquired brain injury, stroke, or other neurological condition, and their carers. This creative dance activity is delivered by a Trinity Laban dance artist, working in collaboration with an occupational therapist. The class aims to improve wellbeing, balance, and movement capabilities.

Singing for Parkinson'sDescriptionSinging group for participants living with Parkinson's. Led by trained Singing for Parkinson’s practitioner Nicola Wydenbach, this group is designed to improve the voice and help manage some of the symptoms of Parkinson’s whilst taking part in a fun and social activity.
