Autumn - Standard Fee: £5 per class (10 weeks)

Our sessions, led by an experienced facilitator and supported by a respiratory physiotherapist, offer a supportive and friendly environment where participants can engage in vocal exercises and learn new songs. No prior singing experience is required. Sessions alternate between in-person at St Alfege's Church and online on zoom. You can take part in either or both sessions.

Course Description

The classes are for participants who experience breathlessness, including anyone living with COPD, asthma, long-COVID, pulmonary fibrosis, or any other lung-health problem. You do not need a referral to join the group.
