Sunday Series is a programme of music and dance workshops for over 60s.

Taking place at the Laban Building in Deptford, the workshops are open to all levels of ability, and no previous experience of singing or dance is required. Each Sunday will comprise of two workshops between 10.30-13.30, the music workshop 10.30-12.00 and the dance workshop 12.30-13.30.

Course Description

The workshop leaders will vary each Sunday and will cover song writing, musical theatre, and a range of dance forms.

Every Sunday you can choose if you attend one or both workshops.

Each workshop is at the subsidised fee of £5 which includes unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits.

Carers come free to any workshop. 

Sunday Series on 5 October will be FREE for Siver Sunday.
